Kai is a bad at initiating conversations and is often quiet. If someone approaches her, she will gladly talk to them, but otherwise she stays to herself. She wants to make friends and will become very talkative to those that earn her trust. To her, loyalty is everything. She would never betray a friend.
It's Always Such a Pleasure

Even worse than conversations, Kai is terrible at flirting. She prefers to be straightforward with her feelings, if she even notices them. Having little experience with relationships, she does not often realize when she is falling for someone. She is also oblivious to the flirting of others. Not the type for casual, short, relationships, Kai is looking for something more serious. However, she understands that things don't always work out. She is the type who would rather end things and remain friends before the break-up would get messy.

Kai can easily hold grudges for a long time. Usually she will not start to hate someone unless they do something to break her trust. She also holds contempt for those that abuse pokemon or who are bullies. Wronging others is something that she will not stand for, especially if someone does something to a friend of her's.

Nix is more of a quiet kind of a person who wants to battle and train her team so they are strong enough to look after themselves and keep them happy. See people and talk to people yes, but after her team are well trained and happy. BOTP - both of them are queit people who once someone comes close enough they are happy to talk and get along with so I think the two of them could work well together
