That was what lead to them running off, well Hemera running off more like it. The little ball of energy was always willing and wanted to go off and have amazing adventures like many other Pokemon did. Natalia didn't mind at the start, but sometimes she good on her nerves. Today was one of those days. It was sunny out, the clear blue sky could be seen without a white cloud to hide the sun, or sky, from view. Natalia liked days like these, as did Hemera of course. The little black and yellow Pokemon rested on Natalia's head.
She was smiling and pointing at anything that caught her eye. Which was everything, and anything. The little Pokemon was so innocent and cute, Natalia couldn't help but let out a little giggle. Natalia looked toward where the small Pokemon was pointing too only to find nothing there, and found the weight on her head gone. She looked around for the yellow Pokemon and found her bounding off toward a cavern of sorts. Or at least that was what was Natalia thought it looked like. She followed the Pokemon. Once they entered the cave, she noticed the air change temperature change. It got colder, but it didn't bother her. She was from Snowpoint after all.
Natalia looked around, it was dark, but she could see pools of water here and there in the cave. She found them beautiful, really beautiful. She smiled, and Hemera climbed up Natalia to sit on her head again as the taller of the two started to walk around. notes: crap D< idk if i do dis right | words : 273 | tags: idk modz? |

 Ekans | Poison-Type | Level 3 | Male | Shed Skin Wrap | Leer"Ekanssss!" No sooner had Hemera climbed back onto her trainer's head, when a loud hiss rang through the cave. The sound had come from a rather large purple and yellow snake that was rearing up behind Natalia. He seemed angry, as if he had just missed a meal. This pokemon was hostile, but could not reach the little Pichu right now. Perhaps the trainer could get the first strike. |

She quickly turned and found a snake like Pokemon behind her. She took a few steps back, surprised.
She quickly took out her Pokedex to figure out what Pokemon this was because she honestly had no idea. The red device soon buzzed to life and a female voice greeted her.
"Ekans, the snake Pokemon. Ekans moves quietly and stealthily. The older Ekans gets, the longer it grows. At night, it wraps its long body around tree branches to rest. " The voice informed her.
Natalia nodded slightly before sticking the electric device in her pocket. By the looks of what it said on her Pokedex. It was poison type Pokemon. What were poison type weak against? It had slipped Natalia's mind, dammit and at the worst time as well. Natalia sighed, Hemera would have to do since she was already out anyway. Natalia looked up at the Pichu, who was leaning over Natalia's head and met her eyes. It was a silent conversation. Hemera hopped down from her head to her shoulder's and then onto the ground.
Natalia bit her lip. A Pichu would be faster then a Ekans right? She guessed, or more hoped so. She thought a bit before commanding Hemera.
"Hemera, start off with a thunder punch." Natalia said.
The small, yellow Pokemon nodded. Hemera's small fist was soon surrounding by yellow sparks. She took off toward the Ekans with a [ THUNDER PUNCH ] aimed toward it. Normally, Natalia wouldn't attack a Pokemon without a reason, but this Ekans seemed different. By its hiss, it was angry, or a little bit ticked off. She didn't want to take chances with it, she need to get rid of it before it did serious damage to either of the girls.

Ekans | Poison-Type | Level 3 | Male | Shed Skin Wrap | LeerHis luck was changing! The little rat pokemon had jumped down to the ground. Prey within his reach, Ekans lunged for Hemera. Unfortunately, this lead him straight into the small electric-type's fist. Ekans was shaken for a moment by the THUNDERPUNCH before initiating his own attack. His long body began to coil loosely around the Pichu, gradually moving closer for a WRAP attack. Wild Ekans was hit with THUNDERPUNCH

She didn't question it too, too much though because it had lead Hemera to successfully landing her attack. That was good, then the scene change quickly before Natalia's eyes. She recognized the move Ekans was doing.
This wasn't good. Words, and thoughts, quickly shot through Natalia's mind. Her mind whirled looking for something to tell Hemera to do. Could she charge? Well, Ekans would probably wrap quite tightly and quickly, so that wasn't an option at the moment. The wild Ekans started to wrap Hemera up tighter and tighter.
She didn't have time to think everything together slowly. What would she do? What could she do? She would have to do something, and that something would have to be done quickly. Natalia thought for a few more seconds, what about thundershock? She wasn't sure if it would work properly, or if it would even work in general. It was the only thing she could think of, so she went with it with slight hesitation. It wouldn't hurt Hemera, she was an electric type after all and the sparks would come off her anyway.
"Hemera, thundershock!" She commanded quickly.
The small Pichu started to spark, and soon enough. The sparks grew and Hemera released a [thundershock ] . Natalia greatly hopped that it would affect the Ekans enough for Hemera to escape quickly enough to get to safely. She was worried about the little Pokemon. She didn't want to cause her too much pain. That wouldn't be good at all. She looked as if she was in pain of course.
Natalia put herself in Hemera's spot. She would probably be hurting quite a bit as well. She watched as the small, yellow Pokemon shot sparks off herself as she squirmed to get out of the outrageous grip of the long, purple snake-like Pokemon.

Ekans | Poison-Type | Level 3 | Male | Shed Skin Wrap | LeerAs his coils tightened around Hemera, he began to imagine how great his meal would be. Oh yes, this Pichu would be tasty! His thoughts were interrupted when he felt the surge of electricity shooting through his body. Unfortunately for the small electric-type and her trainer, instinct kicked in and caused the snake to squeeze tighter. The Ekans was shaken though, looking quite weak. He lifted his gaze to the Pichu and gave a LEER. This wild pokemon was looking quite tired. One more hit looked like it could probably get him to let go. Hemera is still WRAPPED

She also noticed how tired the Pokemon was getting. Now that was a good sign. But, what happen next did not please Natalia. Ekans leered at Hemera, the little Pokemon may have been a ball of energy, but she was easily intimidated. That really, really, wasn't good at all. She wondered how many more attacks it could take, she hoped only one or two more not to drag out the battle. Her little, yellow Pokemon didn't look like it could take much more of this battle. She hoped the Pokemon could truck through the battle a little more. She hoped, she dearly did, that the battle was almost done. She noticed the electric surges from Hemera hit the Ekans, she decided to stick with that tactic, since they were close enough and it very likely that the Pokemon would feel the shock.
"Hemera, thundershock, again" She said.
The small Pichu started to spark up again. The sparks grew and Hemera released a [thundershock ] once she was able too. Natalia hoped that it would have the same effect on the Ekans again. She for a second, Natalia thought about what would happen to the Pokemon. Would she catch the thing? Probably not, she'd probably leave it. She didn't like this Pokemon, she had nothing against Ekans, but it reminded her of a, tenacruel. She mentally shivered thinking about the Pokemon. She hated tenacruels, or more she had a fear of them. Ekans reminded her of them. They were like the tentacules. Long, and slim, and could wrap around anything. She really didn't want a Pokemon like that. It'd forever scar her if she did, a reminder about tenacruels in her party. Not really what she'd want.

Clearly angered, the snake pokemon was prepearing himself for another attack. However, when the second shock of electricity surged through the Ekans, he could hold on no longer. His grip relaxed and he uncoiled, staggering back and trying to keep himself up. He could not continue this battle. It was now up to the trainer: She could change her mind and capture the Ekans, or knock out the wild pokemon and win the battle. Hemera is no longer WRAPPED

She could tell that it went for an attack, but the shock wore him out and ended up letting go of Hemera. The small yellow Pokemon ran toward Natalia smiling, and hugged the silver haired girl's ankles before facing the opponent with the fiercest look she could get. In the end, it wasn't that fierce. The look was a cross between angry cute, and happy cute. It just kinda messed up Hemera's face really. Though the attempt was cute over all.
Natalia took a second to make sure that she really didn't want the Ekans. She didn't want it, it reminded her too much of Tenacruel. She made sure she didn't want it, she didn't. She knew that, now, she would send him the finishing blow, wow. That sounded kinda epic, Natalia smiled. It really did sound kind of epic, but she went and commanded Hemera anyway.
"Hemera, now thunder punch." She said.
Hemera nodded, and let her fist collect sparks. It was soon engulfed in bright, yellow sparks. That was when Hemera took off toward the Ekans with a [ thunder punch ] ready for him to taste. This would be his pay back for him wrapping her so tightly, but it would only work if it hit him. Which she hopped it would. She really, really, hopped with her small, red heart that it would hit because she really didn't want to have to go through that entire wrap again. It hurt way to much for her to enjoy it fully.

Ekans | Poison-Type | Level 3 | Male | Shed Skin Wrap | LeerToo weak to move, the Ekans was hit hard by the Thunderpunch. Despite the Pichu's small size, the hit knocked the snake completely unconcious. This battle was over, and the Ekans was defeated. Ekans is hit by THUNDERPUNCH

Swinub | Ice/Ground-Type | Level 5 | Female | Thick Fat Tackle | Odor Sleuth | Mud SportAlmost oblivious to the commotion from the battle, a small brown lump of fur was waddling along down the path. It's nose poked into the air every now and then, but it otherwise kept moving about at a steady pace. Seeming to take no notice to the trainer or her Pichu, not even the fainted Ekans, the Swinub passed by. She was completely unaware of any potential danger. Wild Swinub Appeared! |

The two female girls watched the Ekans go down. They cheered. Hemera climbed back onto Natalia's head after that. She started dancing on the silver haired girl's head. Natalia smiled, but that was only a small victory. They'd probably have many more battles to come after this, but they'd enjoy this victory to the best. Out of the corner of her eye, Natalia noticed a small, brown Pokemon crawling along. She took out her Pokedex again to identify the Pokemon.
"Swinub, the Pig Pokemon. Swinub is the first evolution of the Pokemon, Mamoswine. Swinub roots for food by rubbing its snout against the ground. Its favorite food is a mushroom that grows under the cover of dead grass. This Pokémon occasionally roots out hot springs." The robotic voice informed.
Natalia noticed it was an ice type. She liked those types, they reminded her of Snowpoint City. She kind of missed the city, but she'd get this Pokemon because she liked ice types, but she did already have Chione, and she did need to train the ice type Pokemon. She mused of what she could do, she could make Hemera do this battle for as long as she could. Which Natalia hoped was a for a bit longer.
"Hemera can you handle another battle?" Natalia asked the Pichu.
She nodded enthusiastically, and got into one of her little battle poses. Natalia smiled at her.
"Alright then. Thunder punch!" Natalia commanded.
The small Pokemon looked at her trainer confused for a second, Natalia pointed toward the brown patch crawling around the ground. Hemera smiled and nodded. Her fist started to spark and soon enough she was taking off toward the Swinub with a [ THUNDER PUNCH ] ready for it.

Swinub | Ice/Ground-Type | Level 5 | Female | Thick Fat Tackle | Odor Sleuth | Mud SportThe Thunderpunch hit Swinub dead on, but the half-ground type did not even flinch. He appeared to take no damage from the attack. However, the close proximity of the Pichu allowed the brown pokemon to push it's pose against the electric mouse. Using Odor Sleuth allowed Swinub to know where the Pichu was. It was useful for the near-sightless pokemon. Swinub was hit by THUNDERPUNCH...It had no effect!
