She liked the sound of that and with a name like that she couldn't help but be rather curious about the place. It was the sort of thing she couldn't help but look into. Dream yard, she really liked the sound of that name. There was just something about it she couldn't help but love even though she herself wasn't particularly fond of such things as dreams. Her own had always been plagued by the scars of her past and even when they managed to go well they would, by the time she awoke, be interrupted by that wretched face of her mother or the faces of all the people that had managed to be victim to one of her antics over the years. A continuous reminder of that side over herself that she despised so thoroughly as to make her hate herself. She clenched her jaw and grit her teeth together as she walked with out realizing it but the moment she did she was sure to loosen the muscles and return herself to the calmed form she was always in. Yes she wasn't going to allow herself to show these thoughts on her face in a place were people may be around to see. No, they needed to continue to think her a positive upbeat girl, not only for her sake but also for theirs. Despite what she was capable of she would rather avoid harming people and that included bringing down their moods with her own dim one. "Come now Maiya~" She said to herself as odd as it may have seemed sometimes talking to herself gave her a little pick me up, a little bit of cheer to replace that happy shell of hers she needed to keep up for people. She twirled around on her toes as she walked through the Dream yard scoping things out. "Don't you be like that Maiya~ Keep up your little smile!" The tiny girl hummed to herself grinning at the idea of merely keeping the act up. Oh yes she wanted nothing more than to be happy and she may as well at least seem to enjoy the route there shouldn't she? She may as well, it's not like she had anything better to do well she was working her way there, crawling through all the crap. Sure this world was horrid, rotten and decaying, sure it was full of wretched hypocritical fools, herself being one of them from time to time she would admit, but it did on occasion have a bright light that surfaced even if it wasn't very often. Oh yes there was some good floating around in the decay somewhere. Those were thoughts for another time! The would may be horrid but she was stuck in it, and that meant she had places to explore, things to see and people to meet and possibly terrorize for a little while before acquiring a new victim. Yup yup, grin plastered once again on her face as she wandered through the Dream yard she found her eyes wandering around and her mind racing as it jotted down this detail and that and how far this object was from that one all sorts of this. Oh yes she was quite the little information gatherer. Information was a lovely thing to have, even if an opponent had strength on their side she had found, it was rather easy to simply use what she knew to over power them half the time. Sure on occasion she'd find someone that could match her but she found it only took and little tweak or two most days to out smart them. Only a tweak or two. The small girl stood there in the Dream yard deep inside her own thoughts, strategies utilizing certain bits within the dream yard floating through her mind, facts about different pokemon that would likely do well drifted by in her mind. Night was beginning to settle in but she didn't mind. She continued to stand there, simply thinking.

None the less she smiled as she headed down the Path looking Around seeing a lot of happy Pokemon that was a pretty site to see in her eyes but none the less she chuckled as she continued down the road. Stoping Mid way Raven Raised an eye brow as she looked to the side as she saw a very good looking women and grined to herself with a lick of her lips she headed over to the girl with the attetion of flirting her ass off with the young women she was a flirt but their was one rule she had with herself. "Flirt your ass off with someone if you see someone you like" was her law as she headed over to the girl and huged her from behind and began her sweet talking. She was well aware of their presence however what she wasn't expecting was the sudden physical contact, the words, nor that warm breath on her neck. She tensed a moment taken by surprise more than anything which was rather unusual for her but at the same time she had been rather deep in thought. However as quickly as it took her by surprise she settled back comfortably into her skin as though it hadn't happened at all. "Uh, aha, why hello there?" Maiya said a little part of her unsure about the girl's words. Especially the part about people taking advantage of her. She knew her shortness tended to make her a target but she wasn't so easily taken down or taken advantage of. She'd been raised a fighter after all! At least after she had left her original home back in Kanto she had been. Either way she could fight better than it may have seemed she could. Of course no one ever believed this until she had to prove it. "I can defend myself far better than you might think." As much as she despised the fact she wasn't expecting this stranger to believe her whatsoever. She just hoped that this little hug didn't turn into a kidnapping attempt of some sort or anything like that seeing as she'd be forced to well, get forceful as well the fact that her aunt would not be pleased with that little fact. She didn't exactly let people know but she had been held captive for a good week. That hadn't exactly been fun but it's not like she could have done much about it. She didn't particularly mind the current situation of course, she was actually quite the cuddle bug despite how she tended to seem and a hug was rather high on her list of likes but she had to admit it was a tad unexpected all things considered. The girl seemed to be rather harmless however so it wasn't much of a problem really. "I suppose not." She said in answer to the girls's question though she be honest she didn't quite see why she happened to be the cutie in question. Why exactly did it have to be her that was getting the current affectionate attention? She wasn't going to ask as she had a feeling she'd get an answer she wasn't interested in at the moment but it didn't stop her from questioning anything about it either. Maybe she just happened to be in the right place at the right time to be randomly chosen for a hug by a complete stranger. "I go by Maiya if you would. At least I usually do." She said in introduction with a bit of a sigh. She wasn't really sure what to do with the situation. She was really bothered enough by any of it to say anything, there didn't seem to be any sort of threat or malicious intent so far in the other girl's action and without it being bothersome she wasn't finding the motivation to do anything about it. Rather she return to scanning the surroundings in hopes of catching something interesting, be it a pokemon or maybe an odd spectator she could throw a rock at and call a peeping tom just to mess with them.
