It wasn't new that Red would be here, after all. It was something very familiar about this place. It felt like all of the other forests near Pallet town, he used to go by when he was a kid. It was so much fun, but yet dangerous as well. This was before he even had Raito, and before even thinking of becoming a trainer. There was a lot of people here, actually. This was like a tourist attraction, they were trying to find the good Pokemon, but only Red would be doing this. "Raito, you ready for this?" There was Raito, again. On his shoulder, it was Red's pride and joy. His favorite Pokemon, although he did have two eggs, and a Lilypup. Those weren't as favored as Raito, and that was obvious. Since Raito actually had a pokeball, he just never kept him in it. There was no need, Raito respected Red. Raito wouldn't leave, not when it was Red he was with. "There must be some Pokemon around here. I see tons of people looking, are they hiding?" the silence as Red and Raito peered around beckoned, it was saddening. Perhaps this place wasn't the place to get extravagant Pokemon. They all seemed so ordinary... Though deep down, Red knew he'd get one. It was his destiny. Perhaps he is gonna be the very best, like no one ever was. No, he was going to be the very best. No one would stop this, it was his dream. His destiny! Everything was riding on this next Pokemon. It would be epic, it would make him the center of attention in this world. LEVEL 4 | SWARM | MALE TACKLE & SILVER WIND buzz. buzz buzzzzzzzzz. the ledyba flitted from tree to tree, really just enjoying the sound of his own wings. he was a super ledyba, he was. he was amazing. he was a boss~ he was the best ledyba in the world~! he would go around and rule all of pinwheel forest. why? because he could. what was this? the ledyba paused at one tree, looking down at the human with a riolu on his shoulders. stupid human. thinks he could try and challenge his rule? pff. this ledyba was going to teach him what was what. out of nowhere--at least, that's what he wanted it to seem like--the ledyba shot out of the tree and towards the riolu. chaaaaaaaarge! LEDYBA IS ATTACKING RAITO !

There were a lot of things going on here at once, and he didn't really care for the Pokemon he could see in the distance. They would be too easy, and for some reason he could feel Riolu shift for a moment, and then suddenly his shoulder got lighter. A Pokemon whizzed past it's head, and took Riolu with him. Since he was turned around, and Riolu had his eyes closed, meditating. Riolu was calm, and then suddenly BAM. There was some sort of spunky girlish Pokemon flying by his shoulder. Raito thudded on the ground, and the rush of energy hit him. Even without an instruction he stood up. It was almost instantly, his eyes narrowed and suddenly rushed toward the Ledyba. Which he used agility to gain more speed, closing the distance that was gained upon the charge. When h felt his body shift, Riolu suddenly used his sky uppercut on the Ledyba, without even wondering what Red was thinking. Since Raito knew Red would look down on him being surprise attacked. There was no denying that. After the battle started, Red was already folding his arms. A smirk slid over his face, and he leaned back a little. This Pokemon in front of him, it intrigued him. There was something cool about this Pokemon, something he could come to like. A bell rung in his head, and suddenly he pulled out his pokedex. Flipping it open, he aimed it at the Pokemon. "Ledyba, the flying bug Pokemon." The dex paused for a moment, before beeping back at Red with it's normal voice. "Ledyba secretes an aromatic fluid from where its legs join its body. This fluid is used for communicating with others. This Pokémon conveys its feelings to others by altering the fluid's scent." Red shut the Dex and watched Raito running toward the Ledyba. Somewhat amused by this, he readied his hand at his Pokeball just in case he actually did want to capture this Pokemon... But it did seem very... girly. This turned Red off extremely. LEVEL 4 | SWARM | MALE TACKLE & SILVER WIND the ledyba let out a gleeful laugh when his tackle attack hit the riolu and even knocked him to the ground. ha! that would show that stupid human and that weird blue-black pokemon! the laugh was enough to make him tumble backwards and do a little flip in the air, and by the time he righted himself, the riolu had already started its agility. there was nothing but a flash of blue! and before he knew it, the riolu burst out from nowhere and there was a solid force aimed right at his stomach. "ledy-baaaaaaaaaaa!" the pokemon cried as he was thrown back. he did a few more flips in the air and almost hit a tree before he righted himself. shaking off the pain, he looked and glared at the pokemon. how dare he? stupid blue and black thing. though now he seemed to be a little wary of getting close, and instead, he flashed his wings and aimed a silver wind attack at it. LEDYBA IS ATTACKING RAITO !
