Symphony of Colors - (Lyu)

"Hehe! Got you, got you!" Sparky yelled as he finally tagged Bandit. Bandit laughed and said "You got me this time, but better watch out or i'll get yah back!" Sparky squeeled in delight as he ran off but soon became drained of energy, happy when the fast moving Sentret went after Dusk instead. Gastly floated beside him "Nice to have a break huh?" Sparky smiled and said "Yah their good! I'll get back in, in just a second though." Gastly nodded and they watched the others for a bit before jumping back into the game.

Devan sat under the shade of a small tree, watching his pokemon play and reading on of his favorite books. Getting a little tired of reading and not wanting to hurt his eyes he put the book away in his pack, continueing to watch his little pokemon family. It seemed like they were all playing tag, going a little easy on the newly hatched Pichu Sparky. Devan was glad they were all getting along great, he was worried that little Sparky would be nervous or scared after having hatched but luckily the others were so friendly and he had such a naturally cheerfull personality that they quickly became friends. He continued to watch their game of tag, seeing Bandit, normally one of the hardest to catch, let himself be caught by Sparky, laughing with him before slowly chasing after him then switching to going for Dusk, giving Sparky and Shadow, who was it before Sparky, a little time to rest while he went after the quick witted Litwick.

Lyu was sitting in the middle of a rather large patch of rather long grass, pixie was nearby but he didnt know exactly where and he didnt like it one tiny bit. "pix come on, you know i hate it when you wander off girlie, come over here" he called out in a tired tone before leaning back on a small rock and flinching in slight pain, "dumb rock" he muttered as pixie came flying at his head. The little pokemon had used her trainers moment of anger at the rock to sneak up behind him and jump at at his head, lyu rolled his eyes and pulled her out of his hair and set her down on the grass next to him before looking down at her, "you are a menace, you know that?" he said in a stern voice. Pixie looked up at him with sad eyes and looked like she was going to cry and lyu gave up being mad, "you can be so evil some times" he said in a deafeated voice before bending over her and scooping her up and hugging her close.

He stood up and then walked through the grass for a little bit before falling down a hole and falling forwards, pixie rolled away from him as his head hit the ground and he cursed. "damm it" he hissed as he stood up and pulled himself out of the hole and then looked about to see pixie with her back to him, "what is it pix?" he asked and she raised a small hand and pointed to a shadow in the grass and lyu smiled. "nice work, it seems you'll get to battle today after all" he said with a chuckle in his voice and he stood up to see a little pichu standing right across the grass from pixie ,"hey little buzzy" Lyu said in a soft voice as the little thing looked a bit tired

Shadow had already jumped back into the game of tag but Sparky was still a little tired, staying where he was and watching the others. He suddenly heard a noise behind him and turned to look. "Chu?" Looking up there was another trainer there and her didn't look very friendly. Sparky got a little nervous and when he heard the word battle, as he had heard his own trainer Devan say sometimes, he got scared and bolted, running back to Devan.

Devan looked over as his Panpour Rain came back from the river, still dripping water. He laughed and said "Feel better now that you've had a swim?" Panpour smiled cheerfully and nodded "Panpour, pan!" Devan smiled back and said "Good. The others are playing tag, why dont you join them?" Rain shook herself off then went over to join the others. She was good at tag, using her long and flexible tail to tag the others when they tried to dodge. Devan smiled again and was about to say something when suddenly Sparky came ran up speedily, running up his leg then jumping to his chest and hiding in his shirt, his head sticking out the back collar of it. Gently picking him up and setting him on his shoulder his rubbed faces with the little pichu, getting shocked a little but calming his down. Standing up he looked at him and said "Now what had you so worked up?" Sparky pointed and as Devan looked he saw another trainer. Walking over he said "Hi. Im Devan. Sorry about Sparky here, he gets a little nervous around others until he gets to know them."

Lyu saw the small pokemon run away from him and he saw pixies face fall, the little egg pokemon gave a whimper of sadness and Lyu looked down at her and smiled. "don't worry, I'm sure there are lots of other pokemon around here that will Like you and play with you and be your freind, I just smell funny" he said with a chuckle ,"it scares other pokemon off" he said with a smirk and pixie rolled her eyes at her trainer before laughing quietly to herself.

Lyu then heard a voice and lifted his head to see the pichu standing beside a boy, judging by the book in his hand and the pokeballs on his belt the boy was another trainer but a good hearted one. "don't worry, my newest team mate is very much the same, but I put that down to normal newly hatched behaviour" he said with a smile as pixie heard the voice and ran forwards.

She spotted the pichu again and walked over until she was about a metre away from him, making sure he still had his own space, and then she lifted a hand and waved at him and smiled before pointing to herself ,"piiiiii, tooggee" she said with a huge smile before pointing at the boy beside the little electric type

"my name is Lyu, Lyu Auxin" Lyu said holding a hand out to the boy as he walked over behind pixie and gave a freindly smile to the boy, "this on the floor is my partner pixie, level nine togepi" he said and pixie chirped at the mention of her name.

Devan gave the other boy, Lyu he said his name was, a warm smile and shook his hand. "Devan Tatsuya." He looked at the little togepi and smiled. "She seems very friendly. And you said she's level 9? Impressive." He whistled once then turned back to Lyu "So who else do you have on your team? The rest of mine should be here in a moment and you've already met Sparky." He looked down to see Sparky walking over to Pixie, grabbing the togepi's hand and giving it a cheerful shake with both of his paws. "Chu, pichu!" Devan laughed a little and said "Looks like their become acquainted fine. Oh here come the others." Devans other pokemon soon came walking through the grass to stand behind Devan. He continued "Heres the rest of my team. Meet Dusk the Litwick, Shadow the Gastly, Bandit the Sentret, and Rain the Panpour." Each one gave their own little greeting as they were called out then stopped for Devan to continue "And guys this is Lyu and his Togepi Pixie." His pokemon looked over at Pixie and walked over, greeting the new pokemon. After Bandit gave his greeting though he walked over to Lyu, balancing on his tail and giving him his signature begging face. Devan laughed and said "Thats Bandits begging face. He uses that on everyone he meets to try and get free food." Bandit tilted his head to the side, his long ears drooping as he rubbed his little stomach with one paw then looked up "Seeen?"

Lyu looked down at the rest of the boy named devan’s team and then paused before lifting his head, “may I just ask, was the litwick, or dusk, your starter pokemon?” he asked and then he dipped his hand in to his pocket and took out a bit of paper. “I have this sort of friend who I'm following and she leaves me things as she travels, she left me an oshawott at a poke-centre two towns back and she leaves me notes of things that I should look at in each town and such like” he said and then nodded his head. “sorry, my point is that she mentioned a boy she had meet in nimbasa city and said that her and him and both their teams went camping for a couple of nights and that I should try camping too and I have a feeling she was talking about you” he said and then gave a small smile

“if I'm off then I'm sorry but I recognise your name” he said before looking down at the group of pokemon before tapping pixie with his foot, “if I get out jark will you keep an eye on him and keep him safe?” he asked and pixie nodded her head quickly. Dropping his hand to his belt, Lyu felt pixies smooth pokeball and then his new pokemon’s one, it had a rain drop cut in to its surface and K cut in to the centre of it. Lyu himself was awful with a knife but the girl he followed was gifted with one so he made sure to keep the ball safe and clean, “lets make some friends buddy” he said before pressing the button at the centre of the ball and letting his oshawott appear beside the group of pokemon

Devan nodded. "Yes, Dusk was my starter pokemon. We've been together for a while." He thought for a second, literally, it only took him a second to realize who he was talking about. He broke into a wide smile "Oh you must mean Nix! Yah we camped up there for a few nights together, our teams had lots of fun playing with each other. So your one of her friends then? Well any friend of Nix's is a friend of mine! So how did you guys meet? It was actually thanks to the very Oshawott she gave you that we met. He was crying for a sec and I came over to see if anything was wrong but he'd just had a little accident. After that we started talking then we both let our teams out and they seemed to have a lot of fun together so Nix took us all to this great camping site where we stayed for a few nights. We all had a lot of fun there. Right guys?" Each of his pokemon simultaneously gave a cry of happieness. Every one of them had had a really great time that day and made life time friends out of Nix and her pokemon. He looked down at his pokemon and said "See his Oshawott? Its the sae one as Nix had remember?" Devans pokemon did and they immdeiatly greeted him, happy to see one of their friends again.

Lyu smiled at the other boy before smirking to himself more than any one else, “I grew up near her, she ran away from home as I'm sure you know and I followed a couple of years later when I was old enough to leave the orphanage, I found pixie when Pixies mother accidentally dropped pixie as an egg in to the back pack of a 12 year old me, as i got on a ferry to leave Kanto pixie hatched. Seeing the baby pokemon with a young boy who need a friend ,pixies mother decided to not take her baby back and so me and pixie have been together ever since she was born” he said before smiling down at his partner

“jark on the other hand really was just a stroke of luck, it turns out that nix didn’t want him and I’ve always wanted an oshawott so she left him for me to find at a poke-centre along with the notes about the city like she normally leaves me, quite a odd one that girl s but that’s really what makes her such a good person isn’t it..” he said with grin before nodding down to jark and his new but old friends, “shall we let them ply for a bit?” he asked with a grin. He lifted a hand up and ran it through his shaggy and messy black hair as he always did when he hand nothing better to do before he heard pixie cry and then saw her running off laughing away from the group, “and the games begin” Lyu said with a snigger

*Sorry about that. I had a post but had com trouble last night and it shut down on me before I could post it.

Devan listened to his story and smiled. "Yes it seems we've all met our pokemon in various different ways than most of the normal trainers. Makes it all the more special in my opinion though." His smile widened as he talked about Nix. He laughed and said "Yes she's very unique isn't she? But she is a great person to have around. I know when we were camping together her and her team made it all the more fun just by being there.” He laughed again when the other boy talked about letting the pokemon play. “They’d probably play with each other no matter what we said. Looks like they’ve already started.” He smiled down at them as they started what seemed to be their favorite game. Tag.

Rain was the first to get tagged, being the one touched by Pixie, and all the other pokemon ran away from her. Unfortunately for Bandit who had just come over, deciding he wasn’t going to get any food from Lyu, the quick panpour decided she was going after him since he was closest. Bandit tried to dodged by jumping backwards into the air but she jumped after him, both of them landing in a heap on the ground. They paused for a second then the duo burst out laughing, Rain running off to avoid being tagged again and Bandit going after Shadow, using his tail to bounce high enough to reach the gastly.

Lyu smiled as he watched the pokemon and dance about and then he looked down a jark who looking a bit left out but was watching the panpour with longing eyes, nix had told him that jark ,because of his age, found other water types very drawing and he liked to talk to them and see them before any other type of pokemon.

After w few moments of bored and silence Lyu decided to talk about jark "Jark was my first pokemon gifted to me by the girl I'm looking for. He was born in a litter of three eggs, two were oshawotts like their mother and one a deerling like their father but all were male, nix choose jark and his twins egg and was going to sell both on but jark hatched out of his egg after a very short while. After only a few weeks of keeping him she spotted me following her in towns and so left jark with the nurse joy of the town she was in and then when I came in to heal pixie ,jark was given to me and I was told that jark was a gift from a red-headed girl. Of course I knew it was her in moments and I had wanted an oshawott any way so I was over joyed!" he said before pausing to take a breath before grinning and continuing ,"Due to the fact he is the youngest on the team now I do keep training him up every chance we get ,Also seeing as he is the youngest of the team, he can't walk very far or very fast so I do have to carry him some times. He doesn't mind this but he also likes to push himself so can sometimes do too much to prove he's not weak. Pixie and jark get on great as pixie sees herself a his big sister so always wants to help train him or teach him things if she can find time" he said in a long breath before coughing slightly

Rain was poised and ready to go should whoever was it come over this way. She was situated near Jark, and after a moment noticed him looking at her. She looked back and him, poking him with her tail playfully and smiling. It seemed he was admiring her or something so she smiled at him. That’s when Bandit made his move, switching targets suddenly from Shadow to Jark or Rain, whichever he hit. He balanced on his tail then pushed down and forward, launching himself at the pair while they were distracted. He reached his paw out and it touched Jark, Bandit himself going right on past them to land on his paws and give a wink. “Got you!” After that he dashed off so he wouldn’t be tagged again. Rain wink as well and smiled saying, “Looks like your it.” She jumped backwards to land on her forepaws, balancing on one then shooting back so she wouldn’t be tagged.

Devan listened to Lyu’s new and more detailed story about Jark and nodded with a smile. “Sounds like you got a good deal then.” He started thinking for a moment and out out of habit began biting the inside of his thumb. He finally noticed and stopped then asked the question he’d been thinking about. “Hey so you haven’t actually met Nix since you’ve came to Unova? Like met and talked and everything? I wasn’t sure cause I got a little confused.” He scratched the back of his head then laughed. Putting both arms behind his head and leaning back on the tree he looked up at the clouds. “Hey can you keep a secret? I know ever since I met Nix I’ve kinda liked her a little. She’s just different from any other girl I’ve ever met. I think I’ve got a little bit of a crush on her.” While he was saying this he had began to blush and now his cheeks were slightly red.

Lyu shrugged his shoulders at the other boys comment or rather question about him meeting nix and he gave a small smile ,"I haven't met her and spoke her, I've seen her walking away from poke-centres and run to catch ip with her but she's always gone by the time I get close ,but that just adds to her mystery I guess" he confessed before looking down at the pokemon.

It seemed jark had now been tagged and he watched the baby pokemons face fall as he chased after the panpour but failed to catch her so switched to the little litwick but still couldn't catch her and he gave a whine and then dropped his head and gave a dry sob. Pixie paused in her running before spotting her partner pokemon and giving a small and understanding smiled and then she walked over to him and held out a hand to him ,"piii" she said with a warm smile. Looking up, jark saw his partner and then saw her hand and smiled before reaching out and tagging her and then jogging away from her as pixie shook her head and then looked around for another pokemon to tag.

Lyu then heard devan speak and his skin bristled and he felt his hands go tight ,"I'm sorry, say that again please because I really hope I heard you wrong, because I liked you" he said in a much tighter voice as his fingers curled up and his hands formed fists and his eyes narrowed. His freindly tone gone in seconds

Unfortunately for Shadow, she underestimated the togepi. Pixie caught and tagged her and now she was it. She didn't stay it for long though, flying quickly over towards Dusk and tagging the Litwick before she could get away. Dusk laughed happily and flew towards Bandit. Unfortunately for Dusk she missed by just a few inches but did come near Sparky who dashed off. Sadly though for Sparky, Dusk managed to catch up with the pichu who hadn't been expecting her and tagged his tail. After that pichu dashed off, the little pokemon picking a new target.

Devan nodded thoughtfully. "Ah. So its been a little bit then. I wonder if she's changed much from when you were kids." He laughed a little, continueing in his relaxation with a peaceful sigh. When Lyu continued he made a confused expression, not understanding what he was talking about. "What? What are you talking about buddy?" He noticed the sudden change and put a hand on Lyu's shoulder "Hey you okay dude? Is something wrong?"

Biting down on his tongue as the other boy put a hand on his shoulder ,Lyu lifted his own curled up hand slowly and then flicked it at the one resting on his sholder so it fell away before he lifted his head. His shaggy and messy hair had now fallen over his eyes and his hands were tight fists and his eyes were blazing with anger, "I heard the word crush, and when in topic with me about her, that's a bad word to choose to say" he said in a lower and much fiercer voice than he had spoken before. Lyu had been there the whole time of nixs childhood, he saw the hidden training and he beatings and her time in the woods behind the town, he knew all the things she had gone through and he had watched her grow up to be good from it all. His own life had simply been boring and he had spent all his rime reading and learning or watching her ,the orphanage had nothing for the kids to really do beside learn, but nix had offered him fun and time to play in the trees and to meet pokemon and talk to them. She was his, and his alone

Jark paused in his running away from the other pokemon when he heard his trainers voice and his ears lowered, "oshhhhhhh" he said in a small voice and pixie turned her head and looked at the boys. "toooggg?" she said with a small grimace before she walked away from all of Devan's team and over to jarks side and they looked at each other with matched looks of fear and worry. Pixie to a step towards her trainer and jark reached forwards and pulled her back and pixie looked at him to see his eyes watering ,forcing a small smile to make him feel better, pixie tapped jarks hand before stepping over to Lyu again
