Lyu was sitting in the middle of a rather large patch of rather long grass, pixie was nearby but he didnt know exactly where and he didnt like it one tiny bit. "pix come on, you know i hate it when you wander off girlie, come over here" he called out in a tired tone before leaning back on a small rock and flinching in slight pain, "dumb rock" he muttered as pixie came flying at his head. The little pokemon had used her trainers moment of anger at the rock to sneak up behind him and jump at at his head, lyu rolled his eyes and pulled her out of his hair and set her down on the grass next to him before looking down at her, "you are a menace, you know that?" he said in a stern voice. Pixie looked up at him with sad eyes and looked like she was going to cry and lyu gave up being mad, "you can be so evil some times" he said in a deafeated voice before bending over her and scooping her up and hugging her close.

He stood up and then walked through the grass for a little bit before falling down a hole and falling forwards, pixie rolled away from him as his head hit the ground and he cursed. "damm it" he hissed as he stood up and pulled himself out of the hole and then looked about to see pixie with her back to him, "what is it pix?" he asked and she raised a small hand and pointed to a shadow in the grass and lyu smiled. "nice work, it seems you'll get to battle today after all" he said with a chuckle in his voice and he stood up to see a little pichu standing right across the grass from pixie

How dare they step foot in the almighty Caterpie's home and disturb me?" The Caterpie spat at these thoughts, angry that this human had entered his home. When really it was just a small grassy area the bug pokémon never left. Yet, he wasn't happy and thought he was a lot stronger and sneakier than he was. Slivering around the bushes the Caterpie watched his prey, ready to attack when they began to move. Yet, it seemed the boy didn't come to invade... so why was he here? The wild pokémon watched with anticipation, wondering what on earth the boy and his Togepi were doing. It was then that the boy's pokémon spotted the Caterpie, pointing it out to her master. Oh no! "I HAVE BEEN COMPROMISED" he screeched running (well squirming) forward and lifting his upper body. A silver string shot from his mouth toward the Togepi, trying to stop the creature in it's tracks. Of course the Caterpie was incredibly weak, but he didn't care, well more he didn't know. He believed himself to be a great pokémon, one many feared and looked for, and this boy and his Togepi were here to kill him. Well there was no way they'd get him that easily![/style]

Lyu lowered his head and spotted the caterpie on the ground and he smiled and then paused and bit down on his lip. He had been told via a phone call that someone from the orphanage had been told that Lyu had won a competition and had a fair few pokemon heading his way but he figured that another caterpie would be easy to come by so he would use this one to train pixie up a little bit more. "ok pix use secret power on the string shot that's coming up at you now and then use Future sight When you get a clear shot of the little thing" Lyu called out before curling his hand in to a fist and giving a small but wicked looking smirk.

Pixie rocked herself back on her feet and pressed her little hands up to her head and closed her small eyes with a final look at the sting shot coming at her and then she murmured to herself, "piiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii" she said quietly and then she snapped her eyes open and threw her hands forwards in on fluid motion. A wall of pale purple light shot out and away from the little egg pokemon and across the gap between her and the caterpie and it slammed in to the string shot with a sort of squelching noise, but it didn't stop the move ,it kept going with the goo of the caterpies move wrapped around and over it making it look really rather nasty

The move shot forwards and slammed in to the little green pokemon and Lyu took a step forwards a little in fear it was hurt a bit to hard but he shook his head and focused on the battle. Pixie was now pressing her hands against her head and she snapped her eyes open again but this time nothing happened, her eyes glowed dark purple and Lyu smiled again with a chuckle ,"good girl" he muttered quietly.

A purple glow almost seemed to melt in with the string shot, and without warning came back toward the bug pokémon. "Witchcraft! I knew they'd send a witch sooner or later!" He shouted, trying to wriggle out of the way of his attack being rebound. Yet it hit, getting all stuck around his legs making it so much harder to walk. The attack seemed to hurt the Caterpie also. Causing him to hiss in pain. She had merged her own attack with his... sneaky, but that wasn't going to defeat the bug. He was going to protect his land from the evil that seeked it! He tried to break free of the attacks grip, but it was too strong and he simply stayed still as the Togepi seemed ready to attack. Yet nothing happened. "Aha! Out of mana? I've got you now!" He cried, hurling himself at the enemy, ready to use a tackle attack on it. The Caterpie wasn't the brightest of pokémon and seemed to live in a fantasy land, but he knew that this Togepi would put up a battle, so he had to fight hard. He just hoped it wasn't going to deflect this attack as she had done the previous! Pixie and her trainer smiled alike as her move worked and it slammed in to the caterpie and wrapped it in it's own attack and it stumbled forwards again in goo. Lyu smiled and curled his hand tightly and then he smiled deeper and darker as in idea hit him ,"use secret power pix, when it's close" he said in a drawl of a voice. Pixie nodded her head and then flicked her hands forwards at the little caterpie as it came running at her and a flash of light later a move that looked like ember shot forwards, Lyu knew it wasn't really ember and only looked like it because of the fact they were in grass over 6 feet tall but it would help.

Pixie smiled as the move shot forwards and then lyu flicked his fingers out of his fist ,"pix use lucky chant while Extrasensory again girlie" he called out with a chuckle as the caterpie paused to deal with the move secret power that had hit him. Pixie rocked herself back again and lifted her hand up to her head and pressed them against the sides of her head and she murmured to herself again ,"ppppppiiiiiiii". She snapped her eyes open again and while they did not glow like that had when she used future sight it did send a wall of purple flying forwards again, "nicely done pix" Lyu called out before he bent down and kneeled down and watched his pokemon battle from her height to see how it looked to her as she was fighting.

As the Caterpie was heading toward it ready to use his attack; it seemed ready. She used something that Caterpie couldn't identify, but it was painful and sent him flying back. Yet, when the did the attack hit, it had seemed to rid of the string shot that had covered him. This was good for the bug pokémon for when the enemy began to use more of it's magic he was able to roll out of the way of it. He was able to just dodge it as quickly shoot another set of silver string toward the Togepi, determined to make it hit this time. He had a good plan, for if the string shot caught the Togepi she would have a hard time dodging the tackle he was about to use. Again he hurled himself at the pokémon, ready to have his whole body impact with her. He was weak and didn't think that he'd be able to win, but he didn't want to lose without leaving some damage on the opponent. Lyu watched the caterpie counter attack and he stood up quickly and jumped a pace to the right to avoid the string shot move that the caterpie shot at his pokemon. Lyu bit down on his lip when he saw something shimmer in the air in front of pixie and he grinned and gave a snigger, "pix, I know you can't attack but I have an idea girlie. Tip on to one side and roll ,I dont care where you roll ,if you want to attack you can try and roll at him and if not then roll to one side" he called out before realising she could come near him and hopping back to his original position behind her.

The little egg pokemon pushed back on her legs and rolled on to her back before tipping forwards again and rocking back for a second time, this time she let herself fall on to her side and she rolled forwards as the caterpie collided with her side. She rolled backwards as she was hit and just as the caterpie moved back a little and it suddenly slammed backwards as pixies future sight attack hit it head on. "good girl pix, well done" Lyu called out with a whoop of victory before he looked about for a way to get her free of the goop that she was coated in and stopped her from attacking ,and she needed to attack to win now.

PIXIE'S FUTURE ATTACK HIT

He grew hope, thinking it would be possible to defend his land. Yet, this wore off as a sudden attack hit him out of nowhere, sending the bug flying backward and smashing to the ground. What on earth was that? He had underestimated this Togepi, it was strong and he didn't know if he could go on. Trying to lift his weight the Caterpie failed, letting out a a cry of effort. He was too weak to go on. "Go on... Kill me, I dare you!" He spat, taking deep breathes at every pause, "You can destroy my body, but you'll never destroy my soul!" It seemed like the battle had left the Caterpie a lot more delusional than he already was. It was now the boys choice what he did with the bug pokémon. He could finish him off, or add him to his team. Caterpie wasn't able to move, he simply lay there, awaiting for his fate. Lyu smiled as his ideas and planning and attacks all paid off and the caterpie fell to it's...well it didn't knees but It had dropped to the ground and wasn't able to put up any more of a fight ,Lyu felt his face soften and he spoke softly the next time ,"pix use extrasensory again but don't make it too powerful, we want to beat the little guy but not hurt or kill it". Pixie nodded her head and smiled to herself at her trainers compassion before lifting her hands to her head and closing her eyes, as Lyu ran a finger over his belt and over the tree empty pokeballs then before shaking his head to focus. "you have them coming, when the competition is over you'll have a full team" he said to himself as pixies bright eyes snapped open.

She threw her hands forward and a wall of purple shot forwards at the caterpie and knocked it backwards and it's head lolled to one side and Lyu smiled. Pixie clapped her hands and then turned her back on the caterpie so they didn't need to watch him fall under and she ran back to Lyu and he scooped her up. Lyu hugged pixie close to him and rubbed his head against her and she giggled in happiness and Lyu laughed himself as pixie tugged on his hair playfully and he poked at her spikes on her head in the same manor

He tried to hold back the fear he was feeling, but he couldn't help but cower back. It was then that everything went black as the egg pokémon used another one of her magically spells and defeated the bug pokémon for good. He had disappointed the world. It was then that another pokémon seemed to come out of nowhere. It leaping into the air and began throwing his wooden block down with power. It would fall to the ground and indent the floor, and be pushed deeper as the Timburr landed on it. It seemed as if the muscular pokémon was building something, and it was a well know fact that Timburr didn't take too well to strangers in the way of their constructions. He noticed the Togepi and her trainer, and without thinking, prepared for battle. He balanced on his wooden block, using a focus energy attack, building up his power and making critical hits more common for him. No silly trainer would get in the way off him, and he thought the little pokémon would be an easy target... Lyu smiled as the caterpie dropped down and he placed pixie back on the ground as a new pokemon appeared, he knew what it was called and he knew it's type and both these things added together in his mind made him laugh. "you already have lucky chant working no critical hits can hit your for..." he paused for a moment and tapped his fingers to count the turns since pixie had used the move ,"atleast three move turns if not longer, plus it's a fighting type so your good here!" he said with a chuckle.

He clapped his hands together quickly before giving a dark smirk ,"use extrasensory first, and when you have a clear shot use future sight again" he said as he narrowed his eyes in on the timbur. Pixie lifted her hands up to her head and closed her eyes and Lyu saw her shiver as she did so, she was currently a normal type and they both knew hard moves from a fighting type would hurt her but she was now a level stronger and had mostly physic type moves so that gave them an edge.

Pixie snapped her eyes open and threw her hands forwards and a wall of purple shot forwards, she only took a moment to hop to one side and line up with her target again and then she closed her eyes again. She gave a small murmur as she did so this time and Lyu watched her rock about a little but she snapped her eyes open again and nodded her head as she flicked her hands forwards, nothing happened of course but the move would come soon enough. Besides, she already had one working on the field so another one hidden and ready to strike at any time would be a handy asset

The clearing of his head makes things seem a lot more simple than they actually wore. As the psychic attack headed his way the fighting type back flipped of his wooden block and allowed the attack to miss him and smash into a tree from behind. With the new found concentration he knew what to do now without having to think about it too hard. Yet this wasn't going to last the whole battle, so he'd have to take advantage of this quickly. The Timburr ran back at the pole, grabbing on and swinging around it. He let go as his whole body flung at the egg pokémon. As he headed in ready to hit with his elbow out for a pound attack, the pokémon thought best to try out a leer aswell. His eyes widened and seem to have something scary about them. If the move went as hoped it would lower the Togepi's defense and mean the pound attack that was about to impact with her would be a little bit more painful. Lyu bit down on his lip as pixies move missed and as the fighting pokemon came at her and he curled his hand in to a fist. "use extrasensory again, when he's close enough for you not to be able to miss, use the power of your move to blast back as he hits it and roll away out of harm" Lyu said in a long breath and he saw pixie shake again before lifting her hands to her head and shutting her eyes.

A few moments later the timbur was almost on her and she snapped her eyes open and threw her hands forwards with a cry ,"tttooogggggg" she cried in fear and happiness mixed to together as the fighting type hit her side and her wall of purple hit his face. The power from the two moves did send her backwards and she let herself tip to her side and she rolled away from the timbur again with a happy mutter before she stopped gently against a rock and stood up again.

"Good girl pix, well done my partner! Now use it again now that he's off hand" Lyu called out with out looking at the fighting type ,pixie nodded her head with a small this time and closed her eyes and pressed her hands to her head as Lyu braved a look at their opponent. Pixie flicked her hands forwards and snapped her eyes open and sent another solid wall of purple forwards as Lyu looked their opponent, he looked a little beaten down and Lyu knew pixies moves were working well on him

He felt like the attack was definitely going to hit, but then it seemed like his plan wasn't too smart as his close range gave the opponent the chance to use an attack on him. The same attack that he had previously dodged. This time it hit, and send the fighting type flying backward into his wooden pole that broke contact with the ground and fell over. He grabbed it and was determined to cause this silly egg some more pain. Running forward again he forced his pole into the ground and this time used it to vault over an oncoming attack! The attack carried on and destroyed his pole that he had had for years. This angered the fighting pokémon and now he was really wanting to cause this enemy pain. He was coming down from the jump and this time was detirmed to make this pound attack more powerful then his previous. Yet, the Timburr wasn't expecting what was about to just happened. There was a flash of light and seconds later some kind of telekinetic power out of nowhere hit the pokémon. He held his ground and carried on going in to attack the Togepi, but he was a little hurt. Lyu saw his plan work and smiled to himself but couldn't help but feel a little bad as pixies move changed the timburs stick of wood in to match sticks, he shook his head though as the pokemon came running at pixie and then he searched his brain for a new idea or tactic or anything.

"pix, use future sight now and the mirror move girlie, but you will have to be fast!" Lyu called out and pixie didn't waste time nodding her head, she lifted her hands to her head and closed her eyes as the timbur closed the space between her and him in only moments. She snapped her eyes open and nothing happened but both she and Lyu had misjudged the little fighting type and now it was right beside her, she gave a cry as the move pound hit her side and then she narrowed her eyes in anger. "forget what I said, use extrasensory again now" Lyu called out and pixie pressed her hands together ,Lyu frowned as he watched her but she had her eyes shut so she couldn't see his look of confusion. A moment later the wall of purple slammed forwards and Lyu realised what she had done, by using her hands she could redirect the move better and aim it where she wanted it, "nicely done pix!" he shouted as she twisted her hands to face the timbur and sent the move at him
