Where did you go? (Lucy)

Nix walked along with her hands deep in the pockets of her combats and the wind brushing through her hair and blowing it over her sholders and the path smelling really rather Like cut grass and new seasons but that just made the walking all the more fun for her. she jumped as she heard her partner mutter something small and lean forwards on her sholder and drop forwards ,she reached both her arms out and caught him as he feel and then looked down at him, why?" she asked. Phantom had actually begun to get a little annoyed as his partners long and messy red hair had kept burshing in to his face and so just to tell nix that clearly, he smiled before opening his mouth, "raaa,lt". Beside her Tain laughed quietly and he bumped his head against her side and then he gave a small grin ,"deeerrrr,llinng" he said in a smug voice and nix rolled her eyes

Nix nodded her head and then bent down a little and placed phantom on tains back as he walked up to her side and she smiled ,"had to be boys" she said in a low voice to herself with a chuckle. Phantom suddenly lifted his head up and looked around and then he pushed back on rains neck and let himself drop from the grass types back and then taking a moment to stand up. Be looked over his sholder to see his trainer waking away and looking in to the bushes to look for pokemon and Phantom nodded his head and then started walking through the low grass in the direction of the small cry he had heard

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellspacing,0,true][atrb=cellpadding,15px,true][bg=1b1b1b][atrb=rules,none,bTable][atrb=style, width:400px;padding:12px;background-color:#f7f7f7; border:15px solid #e6e6e6;] i need to jump in the cold water! this was such a small little route--no wonder lucy had almost missed it. after stepping off of cylinder bridge, she was met by a swarm of bikers, clamoring for a battle--but that wasn't what she was here for. after apologizing rather profusely, she was given a hefty pat on the back and sent on her way. such nice men they were, despite how they looked. they didn't get angry at all, even when she had to scurry back and ask them for directions. the egg in her arms and with frieda on her shoulder she gave them all a wave as she walked away. "they were such nice people," lucy said to frieda, who replied with a happy little "piii~" of her own. and with a smile, they started walking down the route. it was such a nice day today, albeit a little hot. there was a nice breeze, and the heat was bearable. it probably would be even better if she took off her hat or pulled her long hair into a ponytail, though lucy didn't really mind. talking to frieda about nothing in particular, she trotted along, shifting the egg in her arms to a more comfortable position. that was, until she stopped paying attention to where she was walking. her foot got caught in a root that protruded from the ground, and before she knew it, lucy tumbled to the ground with a shriek. with her suction-cup feet, frieda stayed on lucy's shoulder, but the egg with its smooth surface flew from her arms and rolled away. "ohhhh," lucy moaned, pulling herself up from the ground. "frieda, are you okay?" the caterpie gave a feeble reply; she was fine, just a little shocked. but then lucy realized that there was an empty feeling in her arms. "the egg!" she exclaimed. ohno. ohno, ohno, ohno, ohno. where did it go? scared out of her mind, she started rummaging around the grassy floor. it couldn't have rolled too far away, right? hopefully. but just in case, she started to rummage around, looking under bushes and in tufts of grass. oh where could it be? Nix paused in her walking for a moment before looking down at Tain ,"if I get out your and my baby boy, do you think tommy will get jealous again?" she asked and she saw tains eyes light up. She had breed him with an oshawott a little while ago and there had been three eggs in the litter, two oshawotts and a deerling, all male. Nix had been quick to snap up one oshawott egg and had been faster to hatch him out but they had found a small issue.

Phantom was nixs starter pokemon, and he loved to be hugged and cuddled and carried and just generally babied a bit, but with their new boy jark on the team he couldn't walk for with of being carried and seeing as he was young he needed hugs and love. And of course phantom had not taken very well to this.

Nix shook her head and took a ball off her belt and then clicked the button at it's centre and a flash of red light later jark was standing in front of her. Nix smiled and then bent down and stroked his head ,"wanna walk? Or ride? Or have mummy carry you?" she asked and jark looked from nix to Tain before clapping his paws together ,"fine by me" nix said as she scooped him up and as the baby pokemon laughed. She stood up and looked down to see jark snuggled up against her chest and she smiled and then nodded her head and looked around for phantom ,"jark needs a carry now tommy" she said as she cast her head around and then her eyes widened ,"tommy?" she called out as she couldn't spot her partner pokemon. Tommy had wandered in to the grass now....

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellspacing,0,true][atrb=cellpadding,15px,true][bg=1b1b1b][atrb=rules,none,bTable][atrb=style, width:400px;padding:12px;background-color:#f7f7f7; border:15px solid #e6e6e6;] i need to jump in the cold water! the egg had been something that had been trusted to her and lucy felt absolutely horrible that she had lost it--already. though she had only had the egg and frieda for a short time, she already felt bonded to both of them, even though one was rather inanimate. and frieda, despite being shy and rather quiet, had shown a motherly side to her, often moving off lucy's shoulder to sit on top of the egg that was in her arms. so both trainer and pokemon frantically scurried about, trying to pinpoint the location of the lost pokemon egg. desperate, lucy dove under a bush, ignoring the flares of pain as the sharp branches scrached her skin. but it turned out to be a good call, as she soon saw the familiar indigo of the egg. "frieda!" she called out, reaching her arms to try and grab the egg. "i found it; over here!" but the egg's surface was smooth and slick, and lucy found it rather hard to get a solid grip. determined, she pulled herself even deeper into the bush, finally managing to slowly roll the egg in her direction. "got it!" she called out, once she could fit her hand over the top of the egg. relieved more than anything, she pulled the egg closer to her, a large grin forming on her face. but just as she moved the egg, she caught sight of a small form, also inside the bush. at this moment, frieda had popped into the bush as well, and let out a gleeful squeal when she saw that the egg was safe and sound. excited, she wriggled over and sat herself on the egg, settling down. it wasn't until she realized how quiet lucy was (and that they weren't moving out from inside the foliage) that she looked around and also noticed the strange figure who was inside the bush with them. "well hello there," lucy cooed, reaching a hand out to push some of the branches away. now that she could see properly, she realized it was another pokemon. was it wild? she hadn't seen sign of a trainer nearby, and she couldn't possibly imagine a trainer just abandoning a pokemon like this--though she had heard stories before. Nix looked around her and couldt spot her Ralts anywhere so she looked down at jark who himself looked worried because she was and nix then forced a smile. "I need you to ride Tain for a bit while we all look out for phantom, he can't have gone far" she said softly and jark nodded his head and nix lifted hers to look at Tain, he walked over to nixs side and butted his head against her hip and she smiled for real before bending over and putting jark on his back. Tain and jark both nodded their head as nix pointed to the path ahead and Tain then started walking as nix lowered her hand to her belt.

Her fingers brushed the potions pouch and she felt her supplies knock against her and then the same over her pokeballs pouch, she smiled to herself as her fingers came over each of her pokemons personalised balls. Tains had a simple T with long vines and leaves branching off it ,jarks was a rain drop with a J in it's centre, phantoms had only basic tent on it with a P in it's centre and three crosses round the letter. She hand stopped over shadows and she plucked it from her belt as shadow herself looked up at nix with a smile and curled her tail around herself as she watched the other play or rather relax. shadow's ball had a ball of flames cut in to with a S in it's centre, it was nix's favourite ball of all the ones she had carved. She pressed the button at the centre of the ball and her small eevee appeared after a moment in front of her and nix pointed to the bushes ,"I need your help, tommy wandered off again and I need someone small a fast for bushes" she said and shadow smiled at her trainer and nodded before both the girls walked over to the edge of the thick bushes
